  • We provide training and care for the development of employees in all functional areas of the organisation in terms of substantive issues and soft skills.
  • Our organisation has a staff of internal trainers responsible for training employees in key positions. 
  • We implement an internship programme, subsidise employees’ studies, and run a mentoring programme that allows employees from different areas of the company to exchange knowledge and experience.

  • “Energy Internship” ─ we conducted the tenth edition of the internship programme, under which we took on nine interns.
  • Coalition for Friendly Recruitment ─ PSE belongs to the group of approximately 350 employers promoting good, friendly recruitment practices and building better standards in this area.
  • We are perfecting the delivery of infrastructure projects across the country. The Central Investment Unit (CJI), operating within PSE’s internal organisational structure, is responsible for coordinating this process.
  • In 100 percent of communes located along the routes of planned line projects, we conducted outreach meetings with local communities.
  • We run successive editions of the nationwide grant programme Wzmocnij swoje otoczenie (EmPOWER Your Environment). Link to the programme website: http://wzmocnijotoczenie.pl/.
  • We are developing an educational project under the theme: Power Academy, addressed to young people from the Lower Silesian and Mazovian Voivodeships. In the educational programme, we prepared issues related to the power generation industry, electricity transmission and energy security, as well as concern for the environment.
