Supplies are essential at PSE, as their quality affects the maintenance of the national power system, implementation of investment projects and ensuring the functioning of the company’s offices. We are constantly improving our supply chain so as to purchase goods of the highest quality efficiently and on time. The company’s supply chain ensures the implementation of tasks in areas including:

investment projects,
information and communication technology,
maintenance of substation buildings and power lines,
maintenance of offices,
maintenance of aircraft and vehicle fleets.

PSE’s structured supply chain is mainly aimed at optimising costs and minimising purchasing risks. Our company’s purchasing model is organised based on two purchasing units. These are:

Central Investment Unit making purchases for the purposes of investment projects;
Administration and Procurement Department carrying out all purchases except for those for investment projects.

PSE has a comprehensive and structured procurement range. Our purchasing category tree consists of eight categories. These include fleet and logistics, construction works, design and repair services, specialist services, ICT, technical materials and equipment, utilities and municipal services, administration and professional services.

The main supply types contracted by the Central Investment Unit (Investments: 92.72 percent of the value of all deliveries in 2023) by purchasing category are as follows:

autotransformers,
construction of power lines,
disconnectors,
circuit-breakers,
construction of electrical substations,
supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems,
instrument transformers,
portable and mobile electric or combustion-powered equipment,
data transmission.

The main types of supplies contracted by the Administration and Procurement Department (excluding investments, 7.28 percent of the value of all supplies in 2023) by purchasing category are as follows:

1. Dostawy dla Departamentu Teleinformatyki (3,20 proc. wszystkich dostaw):

licencje biznesowe, w tym ERP,
urządzenia sieciowe,
serwery, macierze, biblioteki,
infrastruktura teleinformatyczna,
pozostałe licencje informatyczne,
sprzęt komputerowy,
usługi utrzymaniowe systemów IT,
telefonia komórkowa,
pozostałe remonty i modernizacje,
wyposażenie budynków,
licencje systemowe,
licencje biurowe,
instalacja i wdrożenie nowych systemów IT;

2. Dostawy dla Departamentu Eksploatacji (2,72 proc. wszystkich dostaw):

pozostałe urządzenia techniczne,
przekładniki prądowe i napięciowe,
GIS (systemy informacji geograficznej) i MTS (modułowe pola rozdzielcze),
pozostałe materiały techniczne,
automatyka,
roboty branży elektryczno-elektroenergetycznej,
materiały elektryczne,
przewody OPGW,
pneumatyka i hydraulika,
remonty i modernizacje stacji elektroenergetycznych,
transformatory i części do transformatorów,
materiały budowlane,
systemy sterowania i nadzoru (SSiN);

3. Dostawy dla Departamentu Administracji i Zakupów (1,20 proc. wszystkich dostaw):

samochody ciężarowe,
pozostałe urządzenia techniczne,
materiały biurowe,
stacje transformatorowe,
meble biurowe,
pojazdy specjalistyczne,
remonty i serwis pojazdów,
prasa i książki,
posiłki regeneracyjne i odżywcze,
instalacje zasilające i baterie akumulatorowe,
pozostałe koszty BHP,
urządzenia RTV i AGD

oraz pozostałe na rzecz Departamentu Bezpieczeństwa, Personalnego i Komunikacji (razem 0,16 proc. wszystkich dostaw).

Wielkość kapitału trafiającego do lokalnych dostawców

W 2023 r. nasza organizacja zawarła łącznie 151 umów na dostawy o łącznej wartości 1 429 256 700 zł. Aż 95,67 proc. wartości dostaw – łącznie 147 umów – realizowali kontrahenci z Polski. Umowy z kontrahentami zagranicznymi, 4 kontrakty, stanowiły 4,33 proc. wszystkich umów PSE na dostawy.

Zamówienia przyznane lokalnym dostawcom stanowiły zaledwie 0,06 proc. wartości wszystkich kontraktów. 99,94 proc. wartości przyznano firmom ogólnopolskim lub zagranicznym. Wynika to z faktu, że dostawy dla PSE zawierają bardzo szeroki asortyment o najlepszej jakości, dostawy muszą trafiać do wielu rejonów Polski, a kontrahenci muszą spełnić szereg kryteriów i wymogów, aby przystąpić do współpracy ze spółką, bowiem PSE współpracuje z kontrahentami sprawdzonymi pod kątem wiarygodności.
