RESULTS – People and Relationships

  • 82 in-house trainers provided training in 2023 as part of the mentoring programme at PSE. 
  • 73.06 percent of the training budget used. 
  • 25 years – an average length of service for employees carrying out maintenance work in substation maintenance teams (ZES).
  • 100% – index of implementation, knowledge and application by employees of the safety work procedure at EHV substations.
  • 90.34 percent – percentage of employees with higher education. 
  • 29 employees with the PhD degree.
  • 434 employees participated in training on firefighting and evacuation of employees and the handling of hazardous substance leakage. 
  • 1,462 employees were provided introductory training and periodic OHS training by the company.
  • Social Communication Programmes are implemented in 100 percent of the communes located in the areas of projects carried out by PSE.
  • We conducted another, 5th edition of the nationwide grant programme Wzmocnij swoje otoczenie (EmPOWER Your Environment) (http://wzmocnijotoczenie.pl/).
  • PLN 4.13 million ─ the total value of projects implemented in 2023 under the EmPOWER Your Environment grant programme.
  • More than 200 social projects implemented in 160 communes.
  • 1,800 students from 39 elementary schools in 17 communes in Mazovian, Silesian and Opole Voivodeships included in the Power Academy educational programme.
  • Piloting educational activities in Pomerania – sponsoring technical school students in Wejherowo, which included lectures for students and apprenticeships at PSE infrastructure facilities.
  • PLN 823.4 thousand ─ support for Ukraine in connection with the Russian invasion (infrastructure support and assistance to the families of the Ukrainian operator’s employees).
